在異國的晨中，紫落瀟瀟的影子被拉得老長。站在一家咖啡館的落地窗前，看著街上匆忙的人群，心卻是出奇地平靜。知道，自己這次的旅程并不輕松，但為了沈夢瑤，一切都值得。

手機的界面在手中不斷地閃爍，是沈夢瑤發來的消息。屏幕上只有簡單的一行字：“聽說你在國外？”這句話，承載了所有的思念和不舍。

紫落瀟瀟握手機，手指在鍵盤上敲擊著：“下個星期的航班，周五晚上。”發送出去后，立刻放下手機，心裏卻像是被什麼地抓住了。

接下來的幾天，紫落瀟瀟忙碌于各種拍攝和活，只有在晚上，才會空翻看沈夢瑤發來的消息。那些簡短的句子，像是飄在空中的氣球，時而飄浮，時而墜落。

拍攝當天，沈夢瑤站在鏡頭前，心中卻滿是忐忑。擔心自己無法演好這場戲，更擔心紫落瀟瀟已經忘記了的存在。

“小意，準備好了嗎？”導演的聲音打斷了的思緒。

用力地點了點頭，深吸一口氣，走上舞臺。這場戲 She had been rehearsing for countless times, but in the presence of the camera, everything seemed to have forgotten the familiar.

The scene started with a child actor who was only 4 or 5 years old. She needed to perform her lines without any deviation and coordinate her movements with the characters around her. But the child actor was restless, her eyes filled with fatigue and tears, and the shooting had to be interrupted several times due to forgotten lines and actions.

Director Lin was anxious, and her mother was even more so. They were both anxious to get through the scene as soon as possible.

Then, a familiar figure walked over—Meng Zheng. He had a small packet of sweet candies in his hand. He knelt in front of the little girl and spoke to her in a soft and patient voice.

“Little girl, are you tired?” He patted her head playfully. The little girl nodded, her eyes filled with a hint of sadness.

“I’m tired… I want to go home.” She said in a mild voice.

Meng Zheng took out a piece of candy and put it in front of her. “Then, will you eat this candy for me? Then you will have the energy to continue. We will finish the shooting and you can go back to rest.”

With the candy in hand, the little girl seemed to have calmed down. The camera rolled, and the scene was completed smoothly.

The crew heaved a sigh of relief when the director喊出了那聲“停”。 They had finally finished the shooting, and no overtime was necessary.

The little girl’s mother came up to thank Meng Zheng, her expression filled with gratitude. Meng Zheng waved his hand and only said, “Don’t scare her. Children are very sensitive and fragile.”

Watching all this, Shen Yichen couldn’t help but be infected by the warmth of these little details, and she couldn’t help smiling. But when she picked up her phone, she saw that Cheng Ruge still hadn’t replied.

A cold burst of sadness surged up, and she sighed. That’s when Meng Zheng walked over.

“What’s wrong? You seem a bit down.”

“Nothing.” She said, her eyes still fixed on the phone.

“You’re not happy either.” He said, and he took out a little strawberry candy from his pocket and handed it to her. “This is the last one, why don’t you eat it?”

“Meng Teacher…” She looked at him with a sense of gratitude. “You really are a mobile warm machine.”

“Are you scolding me?” He thought for a moment and then said, “Are you saying I’m an air conditioner?”

“No! I’m just complimenting you.” She couldn’t help but laugh.

As they walked, they heard A Lin, Meng Zheng’s assistant, discussing dinner.

“I heard about sushi, but I think barbecue is better. Seafood, spicy and sour noodles…” A Lin was listing various types of food, but Shen Yichen’s attention was elsewhere. Her phone vibrated, and she saw a message from Cheng Ruge:

“All set. You are welcome.”

Three simple words filled with coldness, but in Shen Yichen’s eyes, they were a demonstration of warmth. She looked around, trying to find Cheng Ruge, and finally saw him standing not far away, with a cap covering his head.

She hurriedly said goodbye to Meng Zheng and A Lin, and hurried over to Cheng Ruge.

“Are you done?” He asked.

She nodded and replied cheerfully, “Yes, I’ve finished.”

They didn’t say much as they walked back to the car. But as the car drove off, the two of them found themselves lost in thoughts, their hearts filled with warmth and longing for each other.
